Technical object register module, geoinformatics
Hierarchical, Topological, Open
For every technical informational system it is vital that each management company have precise information about its operated structures and technical objects. The technical object register subsystem allows the creation of a technical database about the (technical) objects of the company’s public utility resources.
The subsystem enables to make a structured, geo-informational register for both the networks (e.g. drinking water distribution network, sewage water channel network, precipitation water channel network) and facilities (e.g. sewage water lifting and water production facilities).
It is quite simple to retrieve the objects organised in hierarchy of user-defined structure and provided with address, which ensures thus a safe basis to register production and quality control data.
Worksheet and maintenance subsystem
Object history, Costing, Mobile work
The worksheet and maintenance subsystem supports the processes of troubleshooting and
maintenance. The subsystem registers the maintenance requirements, error announcements and other demands linked to technical objects as well as technical events. The system facilitates the processing of maintenance, reparation and other jobs by the system of the so-called worksheets describing the type, size and the time of the job, the utilised resources, etc.
The history of specific technical objects is set up on the basis of the requirements and worksheets. The subsystem provides predefined and facilitates the definition of user-specified queries for analysing and examining the accumulated data and for preparing statements.
Production subsystem
Water balance, Measurement of volume, Water tax
The Production subsystem collects and processes data created during the production and service activities (water, heat, etc.) of the company and in the field of drainage and purification (of wastewater, precipitation, etc.). The registered data facilitates flexible analyses or data can be exported e.g. to Excel for further processing.
It is particularly important that the subsystem is integrated with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs, which helps in implementation of complex analysis for the technical controlling. On the basis of production data the system calculates water supply contribution, facilitates the preparation of declarations and it is capable to define different ratios, balances, scissors and unit values persistently.
Laboratory subsystem
Confidential administration, Automated data supply, Mobile work, Identification by barcode
The permanent and continuous, professional and planned quality control of the water as well as it’s parameters is the emphasized challenge of the water supply enterprises. The entire process – from the planning of sampling, to the high level analysis of the results of the testing – is supported by the subsystem, supporting the work of the laboratories to help in the preparation of strategic decision process.
The subsystem helps in planning by assembling the sampling plan and supervising it. By keeping the registry book with automated rating and printing the test report helps administrating the laboratory work. Definable rounding rules and measuring ranges making the work more efficient and secure. By assigning of the samples to sampling sites and technical objects the quality control results – in the Data Analysis Subsystem – can be analysed along with the Production or other subsystem.
Water supply safety subsystem
WHO’s – Water Safety Plan/WSP) is a professional-quality tool to reduce the possible health risk of water consumers. This tool is based on the application of the "security analysis and determination of critical control points" method, which is analogous to the food safety management system (HACCP) in the field of water.
Energy subsystem
The energy subsystem is assigned to help optimize energy (electricity, gas, etc.) consumption by helping in administration and management of it.
The subsystem processes the incoming energy bills and keeps track of the technical and economical details. Supports the consumers’ consumption analysis and helps to choose the optimal tariff.
In the Data Analysis subsystem, based on the data registered here, it is possible to create reports by using preassembled queries on consumption, extra charges, exceedances and average price in different groupings.
Environment protection subsystem
The environment protection subsystem simplifies the reporting of hazardous waste and air pollution. It makes the internal movement (formation, collection, maintenance, processing and transfer) of hazardous waste at the company examinable.
By combining the technical objects, the production and the quality control data this subsystem calculates the wastewater fine and the canal fine, as well as it supports their management.
